Appointment Policy
Walk-ins
We will do our best to accommodate our clients who walk into the spa without an appointment. However, we strongly recommend you to schedule an appointment for two reasons. First, you’re more likely to get the time of your choosing. Second, our peak times are unpredictable. Sometimes, we get those weird Thursday morning rushes at 10am. Be sure to call us and book an appointment!
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates do not guarantee a specific date or time. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Lost or missing gift certificates will not be replaced.
Appointments, lateness, and cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled over the phone by calling 0432222197, We do not accept appointments by email at this time.
Our hours of operation are 10am to 8.30pm daily. The last 1-hour session on any given day starts at 7 pm and ends at 8.30pm.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling require 2-hour notice for any singular appointments or service.
If you are not satisfied with the therapist during the first 15 minutes of your massage, you have the right to step out without paying. After 15 minutes, you must pay the full amount.

We accept cash and all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.
